2021 Ryan White Part A Needs Assessment Survey

The time has come for your voice to be heard! The Planning Council is conducting a needs assessment to understand ways to improve Ryan White-funded service delivery in the St. Louis region. This survey is anonymous and not connected to any of your personal information.

If you are a Person Living with HIV (PLWH) living in the St. Louis TGA or enrolled in the MO or IL Ryan White Part A case management system and would be willing to share your experiences and needs anonymously with the Planning Council,  please click here to access the survey.
